My husband and I own an apartment building, and needed to replace carpeting in one unit.
We shopped around and the best price was at Oxford Mills. We ere only interested in a remnant (due to our budget) and you had over 100 for us to choose from.
We found exactly what was needed for a 12' x 21' area.
The customer service was outstanding, as they came to measure on schedule. Installation was done without us even having to supervise.
I have heard too many scary stories about the “super stores”, as in Home Depot. Just go to Google and enter the store name with the next words “complaints”. You’ll be shocked. There are over 1 million. Now enter North Oxford Mills and there are none.
Shop wise, shop smart. Always buy from someone with a good reputation.

Almost twenty years ago, I purchased carpeting at North Oxford Mills for my very first home. The quality of the carpeting and the service I received from this very personalized mill recently steered me back to Oxford after all these years.
This year, my wife and I decided to paint and re-carpet our upstairs. The carpeting was still in excellent condition, but we decided to change it to match the new décor. My wife and I recently had our basement finished and we needed a few carpets to complete the project. My sister-in-law recommended that we check out North Oxford Mills, as they recently had a good experience there. My wife and I went to check it out, not at all expecting to buy a rug that day. However, with the selection of rugs in stock, the extremely low prices and the very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful Sales staff (it was actually one of the co-owners, Rob), my wife and I purchased two carpets, the under-padding and the installation, all that day within 30 minutes of arriving. As great as our in-store experience was, the team that performed the installation was equally as good. Not only were they courteous and friendly, but they did a phenomenal job installing both carpets, to the point where we've received numerous compliments from friends and family on how it looks.
My wife and I had a great all-around experience with North Oxford Mills and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for carpeting. I would not think twice about shopping there again for future carpeting needs.
